TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP
The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership develops a new generation of organizational leaders who are able to lead a multicultural, gender-inclusive teams with empathy and emotional intelligence. You will learn the complex art of emotion management and become better able to manage challenging emotions such as anxiety, loneliness and secondary trauma within yourself and your team members. In short, you will learn the necessary tools and skills to exercise an effective leadership style in the new normal.

The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership is aimed at managers, entrepreneurs and other professionals working in various functional areas who wish to maximise their career potential with roles of increased responsibility and coordination.
LEARNING OUTCOME
The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership prepares professionals that are able to develop Compassionate, Meaningful, Sustainable Relationships(“CMSRs”) with both themselves and the people they lead.
You will learn how to do good (mobilize a group of people to achieve meaningful social objectives), do well (leverage sufficient financial resources for your company/organization) and do right (act with integrity, sustain the evolving passion and motivation of both your team members and yourself, and discover a meaningful balance between work and life).
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.
The Executive Programme in Transformational Leadership lasts 5 months and is composed of 5 modules.
The programme offers a hybrid experience where participants benefit from different scheduling options. You can choose between attending residential modules on campus (at Luiss Business School Amsterdam Hub) or online, according to your personal schedules/preferences. Therefore, lessons will be delivered both on campus in Amsterdam and online.
- Module 1: Principles of Leadership and Management
- Module 2: Becoming a Leader on the Inside: Intrapersonal Abilities, Work-Life Balance and Time Management
- Module 3: Becoming a Leader on the Outside: Interpersonal Abilities, the Development of Workplace Relationships and the Creation of Organizational Culture
- Module 4: Collaborative Communication and the Building of High-Performance Teams
- Module 5: Leadership in Times of Social Disconnection

FEE WAIVERS
Luiss Business School offers several fee waiver options for executive education:
- Any participant who has already attended a Luiss Business School programme or is a Luiss Guido Carli graduate will be entitled to a reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
- Any company or institution that enrols multiple individuals in the same programme will be entitled to a reduction of a 10% the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 30 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 5% of the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 60 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
The above reductions cannot be combined with any other reductions, scholarships or sponsorship support.
APPLICATION PROCESS
As part of the application process for this programme, you will undergo a pre-evaluation to assess your motivation and fit. The pre-evaluation consists of a personal interview and an English test.
