MASTERING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The Executive Programme in Mastering Digital Transformation proposes a comprehensive overview of the role of data, digital ecosystems, multi-sided platforms, along with a strategic analysis of the most important digital technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc. Starting from a thorough discussion of the consequences of the digital transformation for industries, value chains and operating models, it will guide participants through a learning journey that enables them to design a proper digital agenda, to align the organization accordingly, and to execute a digital strategy that delivers value.

The Executive Programme in Mastering Digital Transformation is aimed at general managers willing to design and implement a digital agenda for their companies, managers across all functions who want to leverage the opportunities embedded in the digital technologies and professionals from different industries willing to gain a complete overview of digital strategies and their implications.
LEARNING OUTCOME
The Executive Programme in Mastering the Digital Transformation offers participants the skills and toolset to understand and successfully face the challenges, implications and opportunities associated with the digital transformation.
The programme is designed to give you the following competences:
- Understanding the building blocks of the digital transformation
- Learning how to re-define strategy to cope with, and harness the opportunities of the digital transformation
- Gaining frameworks and tools to align the organization with the digital agenda
- Developing skills to translate digital strategies in course of actions that deliver value
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.
The Executive Programme in Mastering Digital Transformation lasts 4 months and is composed of 4 modules.
The programme offers a hybrid experience where participants benefit from different scheduling options. You can choose between attending residential modules on campus (at Luiss Business School Amsterdam Hub) or online, according to your personal schedules/preferences. Therefore, lessons will be delivered both on campus in Amsterdam and online.

FEE WAIVERS
Luiss Business School offers several fee waiver options for executive education:
- Any participant who has already attended a Luiss Business School programme or is a Luiss Guido Carli graduate will be entitled to a reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
- Any company or institution that enrols multiple individuals in the same programme will be entitled to a reduction of a 10% the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 30 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 5% of the fee payable.
- Any participant who enrols at least 60 days before the start date will be entitled to an early bird reduction of 10% of the fee payable.
The above reductions cannot be combined with any other reductions, scholarships or sponsorship support.
APPLICATION PROCESS
As part of the application process for this programme, you will undergo a pre-evaluation to assess your motivation and fit. The pre-evaluation consists of a personal interview and an English test.
